SVG Compensation
YTPQC-SVG Static VAR Generator, IGBT switching compensation systems consist of high technology IGBT drivers and modules. SVG can perform both inductive reactive and capacitive reactive compensation in both directions.
YTPQC-SVG compensation systems are designed for facilities with fast load change, where the reactive power limit is very important, and thanks to high speed and sensitive IGBT inverter switching, it injects bidirectional reactive power into the circuit in accordance with the load change, balanced or unbalanced, inductive or capacitive. Static VAR Generator perfectly performs reactive power compensation in the direction. SVG is also very suitable for working in high harmonic systems without being affected.
ASVG Compensation
Advanced Static Var Generator YTPQC-ASVG is the best solution of reactive power compensation and commmon harmonics filtering.
In most installations the reactive power consists of so-called inductive reactive power (poor cos-phi) and harmonic reactive power caused by current harmonics up to the 13th order. YTPQC ASVG Advanced Static VAR Generator are developed precisely for this application.
As with the SVG, the ASVG can be used to reduce inductive or capacitive reactive power. In addition, 60% of available compensation capacity can be used to reduce harmonic through 25th order. This means that for most installations, the YTPQC ASVG is the most effective solution for reducing reactive power.
Same as Active Power(Harmonic) Filter and Static Var Generator, the ASVG is based on 3 Levle IBGT technology - developed, modular design, easily for installation and commissionning.
